For someone easy to please I Could not say enough bad things that happened to me here. Horrible service.
The staff were super attentive to detail and were polite and friendly every time I called or was in store. I ended up having multiple fittings and they were always working hard, they wanted my dress to be perfect. They also made custom sashes for the flower girl dresses which turned out better than I imagined.
Best wedding&formal dress shopping experience! They make you feel comfortable when trying dresses on. Very friendly staff!
I was with Tessa. We drove from Grand Rapids. Besides telling us they had a dress that they didn't, besides telling us we didn't need an appt. (then changed their minds), besides telling us to go away and come back later, besides wanting us to sign a purchase agreement without even seeing a dress, and besides dumping us when we did come back later, to someone else they decided they'd Rather help,.......none of the women in there showed any proper business etiquette.
