I have been going here since high school so I knew I had to go to formalities for my wedding dress. They made the process so easy. I literally can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me. Formalities pays so much to detail and they give you the best advice. Hands down would recommend them to anyone.

I had Amanda helping me, and I give her 5 stars. She made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive to my preferences. It was a great first experience for wedding dress shopping. Formalities has a wide variety of styles which is so helpful when you're not sure yet. Absolutely delighted with my experience at Formalities and with Amanda.

If you are looking for a body positive establishment, I would not recommend Formalities. The woman in charge of alterations(store owner??) frequently made comments about my weight/dress size throughout my shopping experience, although at the time I was approximately a size four. I was told multiple times that I would be unable to try on certain dresses even though they were in my size and that I would be better off to shop in the plus size section.
Thank you Formalities and Char for such wonderful service, beautiful dresses, and high quality-my daughter LOVED her first formal dress, and loved her experience there finding her dress! Highly recommend and we will be back each year! ❤️
