Purchased my wedding dress in 2014. Wanted a certian style 6 weeks before my moved-up wedding. Very considerate owner, as I was plus size looking for a very specific style extremely close to the wedding date. At 6' tall with a lace up back, I didn't need major alterations, but they didn't have my size of what I loved in stock. They were able to find and order it in time before the big day...and even made time to alter in extra boning for the chest support and bustle for the train after the fitting. The staff was AMAZING!! They made my daughter feel like a princess and gave her such confidence. They listened to what she liked and worked to find her the perfect dress for her first prom! We will be back!!

I went in yesterday to find my wedding dress and had the most amazing experience. The staff was friendly and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. They made me and my friends feel welcome and let us shop around on our own and choose what we really wanted to try on. I found my wedding dress and the staff there made me feel even more special and excited about it because they celebrated with me! All around, they made the experience fun and memorable and I’d definitely recommend them to any bride.
I went into Formalities during their sidewalk sale just to look. I had different appointments scheduled back home in Indiana over Christmas break. I didn't have an appointment at Formalities but took one of my bridesmaids to look at the clearance racks that they had been advertising. I picked 4 dresses and the first dress I tried on was IT!
