We went to Formalities today to find my sister a dress for her school dance, and right away the customer service was PHENOMENAL. The employees here were SO SO helpful, and made our visit very fast and fun! I was so pleased with the workers there and also with their dresses and shoes! Such an awesome store and will DEFINITELY be going back! 10/10 recommend Formalities to everyone I know and I will for sure be spreading a good word about this cute little shop.

I found my perfect wedding dress here. The staff are so nice and helpful. The staff was always great whenever I called with questions about my dress or the groomsmen tuxes. The day of the wedding we had some wardrobe malfunctions and they were able to help asap. Thank you!

I bought my prom dress here and the staff was so helpfully and nice that 5 years later I went back and got my wedding dress, Had a great experience again. I also order all my bridesmaid dresses from them (four) plus flower girl dresses (two). Thank you Formalities!
We bought my daughters prom dress there and the ladies are all very friendly and helpful , we would highly recommend this store. Oh and yes we loved the dress
