RecommendedStayed for only a few a days and really hated leaving, this is the most amazing and relaxing place. Cabins are so clean and stocked with the essentials you need for cooking. This was my first time staying their and have already booked another stay later this year. Recommend this enchanting relaxing experience
RecommendedWe recently enjoyed staying in The Creek House, so peaceful and beautiful. Every place the eye rests is a delight, from the stone steps to the hand-hewn tree branch railing, lovely quilts on the walls , 2 fireplaces and 2 decks overlooking Oak Creek. Warm, cozy, relaxing and quiet. What a pleasure,can’t wait to return !

RecommendedThis was our second time going, and we already plan on going in September of next year. We had the View house this year and Cook house two years ago. I would highly recommend the Cook house. We can't wait to try the different houses. We love spending our stress free vacations there. Looking forward to staying in Mary's house next year
RecommendedThe owners and management of FHR are some of the kindest and hospitable people I have met. After a very happy and comfortable stay last week in Diamond House my travel companions and I discovered that our plane tickets were incorrectly dated, so we would miss our flight. Jenny, Tom and Bob went far beyond the call of duty to contact the airline and arrange new flights. I have very speial memories of my stay in this unique and special place. Thank you so much.
RecommendedStayed there last year and really enjoyed it. I loved the privacy, the view and amenities. I discovered a single story would work better for me. I had difficulty with the narrow staircase in my house. But it’s still an awesome place to stay. One other thing. I received a call a few days later asking if I had left my sweater there because they found it in my house. Wasn’t mine, but I was impressed that they were trying to locate the owner.
