When we moved out they charged us 851 dollars for the carpet. 60 to clean the bathrooms and 115 dollars to clean the kitchen and living room. That is more than we paid in rent for the place. Are you kidding me? All this after 6 months of living under what sounded like a pro football team in practice. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.
I loved living here even though it was only one year, by far the best spot to live in. The staff especially the ladies that work there are amazing and very friendly. The maintenance guys are very quick and attentive to any issues (if there are any)...very beautiful place to live for families and single people. I loved it and recommend it to anyone...only issue was communication on moving out and the guy told us one thing then we got billed for carpet and was confused, but other than that it was great!!!!
Beautiful apartment great place to live nice and friendly maintenance 24 hours great maintenance man staff is always ready to help you and friendly it's like one big happy family best apartment I have ever lived in I'm beautiful
Have lived here for a year now and when I say this place is awesome I am not exaggerating. The office staff treats you with respect always and even takes the time to get to know it's tenants. The maintenance guys are always working and I've never had a work order take more than a few hours to be taken care of. Would recommend this place to everyone
