RecommendedFords Pointe Is a great place and the staff is exceptional. Everyone is very understanding and very helpful. Maintenance gets to you as soon as they can and do everything they can to fix whatever problem you have. They provide places for you to work out, wash clothes and even places for you and your children to go. I have lived at Fords Pointe for almost a year now and only have positive things to say. The community is quiet and kid friendly (my 9 year old has made many friends). The staff is friendly and have gone out of their way to make sure things go smoothly and uncomplicated. At the beginning of the year, I thought that I would be moving out of state, however, after putting in my notice, I found out last minute that the move would not be happening. I’ve lived here over 2 1/2 years. The management we have now has turned us into a community. I love it here.
We moved to Savannah from out of state due to my husbands job. For roughly 10 months. (Feb. - late November 2108)The management was great, the maintenance was great. Everything went smooth and we rented in a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhome and loved it. Nothing negative to say!
I lived there for the last two years and I have no regrets. The leasing office staff is friendly, courteous and helpful especially Kaitlyn who is always ready and able to assist me with any concern. They all make you feel at home The area is peaceful and the grounds are always well kept. My apartment was very spacious especially the closets. The maintenance staff is great, friendly and get you request taken care of in less than 24hrs. Great place to live. Ryan
If I could put 0 stars I would. My husband and I were supposed to move into Fords Pointe. We added a deposit, signed all the paper work and switched electricity/water/insurance into our name. The resident decided not to move a week before we were supposed to move in. Instead of Fords Pointe notifying either my husband or I, they just placed us in an older unit.
