The office staff, Shelly, Brittany and Leticia are Super Awesome! 👍👍👍 they are Always ready to help with printing and faxing, and they do it with a Smile! 😀😄😊 and the Maintenance staff are Super Heros!!! 💪💪💪 The property is well maintained and Beautiful! I've been mere ah 've May 2015. the staff has changed a little but they really go above and beyond to accommodate us and fix any kind of little issues that pop up. Looking for a great place to live....stop in you will not regret the choice.
My husband and I love living here, it's quiet, and nobody bothers you. The staff in the office is awesome they always try to help you, and maintenance is always on the spot I've never had to wait for them even once when I had to call on a weekend! It is actually really great here, we have s pool and the gym. There's nothing more I would want. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
I have truly enjoyed living here. Everyone has always been so caring and helpful and the ladies in the office are extremely welcoming. The staff does everything in their power to make sure the residents are well taken care of and make sure any issues are resolved quickly. My pup is constantly dragging me to the office for a visit because Brittney, Kaitlyn, and Shelley have always given her so much love.
My family has lived here for almost 2 years now and we love it. We just moved to a bigger townhouse and every one in the office was amazing and maintenance was great when we had them come out. The staff here really makes you feel like you can come to them with anything when it comes to your home here at Fords Pointe.
I have lived at this location for a little over a year now I have to say I have never had any major issues here any issues that I may have had big quickly cleared up as fast as possible even after hours they have come through for me The staff here is understanding in very approachable in various situations I have not always been the best tenant MI have still given me the best customer service possible
The office and maintenance staff are always super friendly and helpful! My roommate and I love the apartment, especially our high ceilings!
