Our poor kitty Mr Snow was euthanized earlier this week by Dr McCarthy and staff; his cancer aggressively returned after 7 years (McCarthy's father, Walter had performed a tumor removal in 2008) Everyone was extremely attentive, answered all questions asked and allowed us plenty of time to say our final goodbyes, even after he took his last breathe. They even sent us a sympathy card. Due to the Dr McCarthys expertise we spent 16 glorious years with Mr Snow. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Won't even see my dog, they discriminate against breeds which doesn't make any sense.
Not happy. I will be switching to a vet and reception staff that knows what they are doing. The wrong dosage was put on my dogs medicine , yet it was MY fault that she was not getting the correct amount?! My parents brought their dog in because he was in an incident with a wild animal about a month ago. The vet gave the dog a rabies shot and told my parents that they need to get rabies shots as well because there's no cure for rabies and you just die. That is not how you deal with clients. My 2 mini schnauzers went through a lot of issues and it was very difficult for us. The team always went the extra mile, very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Now I have 2 standard schnauzers and will continue to use them as our vet.
