Three weeks ago I took a 7 pound dog to this vet. Monique at the desk told me my dog was still sick. a week later because I had refused an x' ray. I returned to have an x-ray done. Treatment remained unchanged after the x- ray was completed. Today Debbie at the same office told me I needed blood work done. I replied I have already completed blood work. Lower prices! This isn't Hollywood, CA! Not all rich! NY needs vet clinics but if you have a lot of $ they treat you fine. If not they treat you like who cares you don't deserve a pet. Especially seniors.
Today was a hard day as we said goodbye to our beloved Charlotte. The Dr and the tech and all the staff were so wonderful and kind to us. I cannot thank them enough for the compassion they showed our dog and us. This is the greatest place you’d ever want to take your fur babies to. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou 💕💕
Paid a large fee for bloodwork and cannot get the doctor to call with fed treatment. Promised a call, waited by the phone all day. Called the next day. Stated they can’t promise he will call me.
