Sales people are not motivated to greet and treat customers properly. They don't know details about cars or trim details. They are sitting around chatting with each other. One sales guy handed us to another named Leo and that guy disappeared after 5mins... Leo didn't know trim details and was telling us about Ford Edge showing me Ford Explorer. We drove over to Toyota of Kirkland and got best treatment. I bought a Toyota Highlander :)
I had a completely dead battery, and Ford of Kirkland was able to get me in the day I called and had a new battery installed and on my way in under an hour! Top notch customer service for sure!
Very unsatisfactory visit with one of the salesman. Don't be baited by "lowest prices" dealerships all pay the same for the car but make up for it elsewhere. Visited Kirkland Ford and purchased elsewhere same day from a different dealership. Should have gone with the gut :(
So gotta call Ford tomorrow to get my transmission fixed again, that'll be the second time in less then 40,000 miles. I'll most likely be back there this winter too, for a third o2 sensor, because apparently they can't handle winter gas. That's ok though because they had to replace a burnt out tail light also due to bad seals. Not to mention the a/c is starting to smell awful again. So when I don't want to smell it any more, I have to listen to the windows squeak as I roll them down. Didn't made in America used to mean somet... read more
