This is the third car I've purchased from Ford of Kirkland. Even though there was some confusion during the sales process, Michael was very helpful and we eventually closed the deal. Extremely happy with my new Explorer Platinum. I recommend giving the folks at Ford of Kirkland a try.
Really wish we could have made a deal yesterday. My husband was all set to buy a Fusion. One issue was the drivers seat didn't move forward. They refused to fix it saying it wasn't a safety issue. Me not being able to reach the pedals isn't a safety issue??? We are so disappointed. We really wanted this car.
The first time i went there it wasn't the greatest experience saleman didn't seem to know the inventory or prices but he was a nice guy. We work a deal on the 2 vehicle's we were looking for but couldn't get the right car we got frustrated try to set up appointment with the saleman but he would never return my calls or emails we ended up looking at other lots but went back to ford of kirkland this time we got a different saleman and he was incredible (Geoff) was very knowledgeable upfront and honest net typical of a car sale... read more
