Wow! What great service I got today at ford of Kirkland. They didn't jump on me as I parked the car. They let me browse their inventory without bothering me..... so refreshing! When I found the car I wanted to test drive they were very friendly and eager to help. I ended up buying a 2008 accord with only 48000 miles.... one owner! Where do you find a car like that? I am so lucky to have found this dealership. Its not the shiniest dealership.. but the friendly staff make it shine! Thanks for your help today!

I left a bad review before due to a miscellaneous charge that was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car (which i would never agree to). I was surprised to find the GM of the dealership and the Sales Manager both stepped up and personally called me to apologize and try to work out with me. I am thankful for the customer service I received AFTER buying the car. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer last week from Ford of Kirkland & The sales staff was excellent & listen to all my needs & the Sales managers Richard & Hamid made the negotiations easy. They really do care. If your looking for a Ford this is the place to go. It was actually fun buying my car from them.
Just had my car in for warranted repairs. Just got it back and the same problems are happening. I ran the diagnostic report and the exact same error codes came up! Nothing was fixed. They sure went out of their way to find non-warranties things to fix and charge me for. Very disappointed. I feel ripped off.
These reviews are laughable. In what world can you have a check ready and show interest and intent in buying a vehicle.....and for 3 days "said vehicle" is being used by an employee to "run errands". No follow up, poor communication and dishonesty. Unbelievable business practices here. I will spread this message.
Visited Hyundai of Kirkland for Santa Fe and Elentra service and could not have gotten worse service. Remote key was not working and they made us sit for an hour and after that told us that it is fixed. When we tested then we told the person on desk that it is not working but the guy was so rude that he did not listen to us. after wasting another 30 minutes we took the car back and it was not fixed.
