I am very pleased with the customer service at Ford of Kirkland. We first went to another dealership, but the prices were not close to what Kirkland had poayes online....so we took the long drive and I was impressed with what they did for us. One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was lucky enough to be helped by a person who was having his first day on the job and who was being trained by a sales person who said, "you are killing the earth by driving". All of my paperwork had the wrong bank on it. I traded in my old car almost 3 months ago. Today I recieved an infraction notice in the mail for the car I traded in. Someone didn't do their job properly and appropriately transfer the title. Never again.
