Wow! We just purchased a new Expedition from Ford of Kirkland and it proved to be the least painful car purchase we have experienced in a long time. Our salesman, Aurelio Samano did a great job of showing us their inventory and the differences between models. We left to shop around but came back to Ford of Kirkland a few days later. Hey all! I really love our new truck we got. One thing though.... we traded in a Ford Explorer and I don't think it has ever gotten transferred out of our name because we keep getting 'Good2Go' bills in the mail for this vehicle. The bills have been for driving North Bound 405 HOV lanes. Problem is we live and work in the Tacoma area. We never drive that way and we don't have the vehicle in our possession. How can I get a bill of sale or something so this doesn't keep happening?

We are so grateful for the wonderful help we were given by #fordofkirkland. After turned down for help from other car dealers, the finance manager did not hesitate to help with our situation.
