Worse experience my family is having with these people. They have been giving him the runaround for almost 2 months. Still no car....they lie and lie some more.
We bought a 2017 Prius today. Jonathan Bottger was our sales representative. He was great, very professional with no high pressure. The dealership was easy to work with. We were impressed,also, with Mercedes McLean who answered questions and went with us for the test drive. Thank you all.

Jonathan Bottger was a rockstar today! My husband and I drove four hours to come and get a car we found online and he did everything possible to make it happen for us. We bought a car from Jonathan Bottger and we’re very impressed. We wanted a specific car and we’re traveling over 5 hours to get it, he kept in constant contact with us for several days until we were able to make our way to Kirkland to eventually buy. We will definitely be back for our next car!
They sold us a lemon! We purchased a NEW 2014 Focus which has had multiple transmission replacements! The service department hung up on me multiple times when trying to schedule these repairs, repeatedly told me that the fix was a permanent solution, only to have the problem come back after a few thousand miles. Now it's too late to file a Lemon Law case and we were told that our warranty is up soon. Last time they fessed up and said that the clutch WILL keep failing and next time we will have to pay for it.
