We have just purchased a new, 2019 Ford Expedition and have nothing but good things to say about the transaction. Rich and Nick were a pleasure to do business with! They made the transition from our old Grand Cherokee into the Expedition smooth and easy. In particular, Nick worked into the evening helping my wife and I move our things, and there were many, from the old car to the Brand New Ford.
BUYER BEWARE WILL TELL YOU HOW GREAT THE FORD IS BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL BE TO BUSY TO HELP YOU. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!!!
Well their service depart rocks, was told by another dealer that would keep a eye on my brakes, but my advisor really took care of my problem plus advised me of some things that had been dismissed by another dealer. Jim Cox has been my service advisor for at Ford of Kirkland 14 years. Because I trust and respect him completey when it was time to replace my 2005 Focus I asked him to recommend someone to work with in sales. He put me in touch with Michael Sylvan. I can not say enough about how wonderful Michael was in working through the purchase of my 2019 Escape. I am very happy that I was able to purchase the Escape and be able to continue to have Jim as my service advisor. Jim, Micheal and FOK are simply the best.
James was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am super excited about the awesome car he helped me with!
