We were in the process of buying a vehicle from here and they sold the vehicle out from under us. I called to speak to the manager and he was rude and had a complete lack of respect and human decency. He told me whoever gets there first with the money gets the car and that is horrible business! Do NOT buy a vehicle from here. Extremely shady and unethical!!!

Needed to have my 2008 Hybrid Escape worked on to repair brakes etc. I was referred to Dean in the Service Department. It was a great experience no problems, He had the car ready when he said, it was fixed correctly and the price much to my surprise was reasonable. Normally getting a car fixed at a dealer usually costs about double what a private repair shop costs. They were in line on the price and the car was fixed. Thank you Dean for your help
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Alex. We originally came in to see a used car we'd found online, but when that car didn't work out, he found us a different car that met our price range and was even better than the car we'd originally come in for. We test drove the car on Friday and came back Sunday to perform a vehicle inspection and buy the car. Alex was straightforward and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a quick, easy, and even enjoyable experience. We will be back!
The service was a disaster. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. My salesman was Jeff and just completely disrespectful! He wasn’t helpful the staff is rude. If you are in a tight situation I wouldn’t recommend this place because they are just going to literally laugh at you and make a joke of your struggles. Not only that but literally leave you to go help another customer. They are just money hungry and great scammers. They don’t want you they literally just want your money.
