Rich Camancho of miracle auto finance (ford of Kirkland’s special finance department) and Rich Ewing of ford of Kirkland’s finance department participate in predatory loan practices.... when called out, Rich Ewing says he will fix it and he then does nothing. Please shop elsewhere
Great place to get a deal on a new vehicle
Well their service depart rocks, was told by another dealer that would keep a eye on my brakes, but my advisor really took care of my problem plus advised me of some things that had been dismissed by another dealer. Jim Cox has been my service advisor for at Ford of Kirkland 14 years. Because I trust and respect him completey when it was time to replace my 2005 Focus I asked him to recommend someone to work with in sales. He put me in touch with Michael Sylvan. I can not say enough about how wonderful Michael was in working through the purchase of my 2019 Escape. I am very happy that I was able to purchase the Escape and be able to continue to have Jim as my service advisor. Jim, Micheal and FOK are simply the best.

Ford of Kirkland made my first car purchase such a positive experience! James was super helpful and kind! I visited tons of other places and always felt pressured and rushed to make a decision. James was super honest and upfront with everything. He just told me about the car I was looking at and after I decided I love it, gave me a breakdown of the pricing so it was really easy for me to understand. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a car!
