I was taken care of by the sales team. However the finance team seemed a little weird. I signed paperwork, but didn’t have the warm fuzzy that my financing was approved. I guess when a credit union comes knocking I’ll know if I was or not.

I came in for an oil change and a repair of the steering lights. They scheduled me on one of my days off. On that day I got an excelent service, it was done in a reasonable time. I sat in a waiting room where I could get free coffee and drinking water. The mechanics are friendly, and the price I paid was accept able. Great service I got from Ford of Kirkland. Thanks to the mechanic who assisted me (sorry I forgot your name) Bravo!
Michael was a great help during the whole process. He was professional and not the typical high pressure sales person every one thinks of when looking to purchase a new car.
