Joe is my Svc Advisor and my first time to this dealer with my new truck. Driver side seat warmer is non functional. Joe provided good service. Kept me informed throughout the day via the medium I requested. They needed a part and he booked me a new appointment for when it arrived.

Last time I was here, had a terrible experience when looking at vehicles, staff was rude, bought a new car elsewhere, and my latest F150 elsewhere. Now I recently found out that the owners wife Rep. Amy Walen is introducing legislation to require background checks for every ammo purchase. She needs to go read the constitution, both state and federal, as well as federal laws.
When we picked up our 2012 Ford Focus from Ford of Kirkland the interior was dirtier than when we left it and for some reason the driver's window had been left open. Being parked outside with the window open left between 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch of water in the floor board. Ford of Kirkland did the work they said would but was too distracted to follow through by treating my car as I would have. I should not have to clean up your dirt and WATER, as well as mine Ford of Kirkland.
Had a great buying experience there, and am thrilled with the car I bought, a Mercedes model that is getting harder and harder to find in excellent shape with low miles -- but that was what Ford of Kirkland happened to have in their used car inventory, and it was the car for me. Very happy overall with the car and with Ford of Kirkland, including the sales folks I dealt with, Nima and Matthew.
James Tuefel made the whole car buying experience so easy! Was in and out and he took a ton of time to explain all the features on my new hybrid, and I can text/call with any questions. He is the best! Highly recommended!!
