Took 8 weeks to get my Raptor back due to the 2nd Transmission failure in less than 12 months. The first time it took over 5 weeks! 3 truck payments in the last year and I didn’t have my truck for my needs! Kevin is a great guy and is a very knowledgeable Service Advisor.....BUT between staffing issues with qualified Technicians, and stonewalling by FORD Motor Co, this somewhat simple procedure turned into a joke, and a really bad one at that. I have taken my Edge to Kirkland of Ford, 3-5 times. This past time, I showed up to pick my car up on a Saturday to find out, the Service department and the cashier were both closed on Saturdays. No one there was able to help me get my car. There was zero verbal communication about being closed on weekends. Be prepared to take time off work to pick your car up.

Just had an amazing experience with everyone at Ford of Kirkland. Especially with Voss, Alex, Kevin, Brian, and Gary! You guys helped me find my dream car, (traded in my Mustang for a Jaguar), and they made everything so easy. I felt so welcome and all my questions were answered plus more. Enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks again guys.
I started having trouble with my truck, I got online to schedule my appointment and they took me in the very next day and had my truck done early, very good service!! I would recommend them every time. Thank you much Ford of Kirkland!!
