RecommendedI spent Tuesday and Wednesday being told that I was pretty much sol because of my credit and being so upside down in my mazda that needed more repairs then it was worth. This dealership has just changed hands and they refused to give me any kind of monetary compensation for keeping my 2012 Ford Escape 9 days for a simple house and clamp. my car had no heat in March, "fixed" but when the cooler air returned, still not heat. Their excuse, it was FORD'S problem not a Ford dealership problem. I had to scramble for wheels for 8 days. Jim Cox and his crew were great but service manager, Tom Olson, I'm not impressed. If I were to purchase a new or used car, I would not go back to them.

They could actually try to follow up with promises they make. Once they sell you the car, don't count on getting anything else.
Jon Sweigert made my new vehicle purchase a pleasure. We were able to work out a deal completely online, which was a big plus for me coming from 3.5 hours each way in Portland. It was well worth the trip. The dealership was beautiful, and I am very happy with the price I received on both my trade and the new car.
