Service department emphasis has shifted to "fast lane" oil and oil filter change work. I enquired about 40k scheduled maintenance (cabin air filter replacement) and was advised it was not necessary. Then WHY does Ford send scheduled maintenance notices if "Fast lane" service rep contradicts the Ford corporate maintenance schedule. The fast lane service rep did give me the card of the regular service to address the possible power supply plugin malfunction.
