Had a great morning at Ford of Kirkland. Sam and John got me through the process with no hassles and no pressure. Excellent service and experience.
Got me a car from there and they said 45 days til the 1st payment, but come to find out they set the contract up so that the 1st payment was due in 30 days. After calling they called my wife and myself liars. Servous was great til then. I would not suggest anyone purchase a vehicle from there.

Love my new silver Focus and the incredible follow-up from Ford & the dealer, Ford-of-Kirkland. Brendon walked me thru the sale, made an appointment in a week after the sale to go over the features & then called at one month just to be sure all going well. 10 stars for quality customer service!
