This dealership sold me a 2003 Honda Civic with a bad transmission. When I first went in to the dealership I was working with Todd who was extremely short and rude throughout the entire process, especially when I said I needed to think over this huge decision. Bought a car from them. Sales person suggested adding a nice set of custom wheels. Kevin Paddock's Blue(s) service team put them on. All four nearly fell off within two miles.

Took my 1998 Windstar in for service yesterday. Today mr. Yuzo Kato very gently counseled me to find a safer vehicle. He could have fixed the multiple problems with bearings, axles, and transmission, but no.... Now I'm looking for a trusty new ride, Thanks Yuzo!
Very poor experience as my first and probably only time dealing with Ford of Kirkland. I went to purchased a used car but thankfully took it to a (family friend) mechanic and he showed me a ton of issues and red flags with the car including the transmission fluid being nearly pitch black. Overall, a clear lack of maintenance or care for the vehicle was showcased and when I told Barry that I will pass on the car, he simply smirked and said goodbye without even asking why or attempting to renegotiate.
Just got my 2014 Ford Focus SE, got a great deal and even better customer service from Rodney! Thanks again to you whole staff and have a Happy New Years!
