The online sales lady was great. She looked for vehicles in their inventory that met my requirements and sent me the car faxes and additional info on cars I expressed interest in.

Call the dealer ended up talking to the service manager about this truck and found out that the issues it was having worked for me but it was really cool that he told told me after knowing my issues with my latest truck
They seemed not to know what each other was doing. I guess that was because a third party answered the phone as if she were the dealer. Bad idea. She didn't know anything, and then two other people contacted me and they did not know what I had said to the first person. It was generally not very professionally impressive.
