I got a recall notice on my Ford Flex that said someone would contact me when parts were available. Waited a couple of months and called on April15. They said they had the parts and wanted to make an appointment but in the middle of the covid 19 event I decided to wait a while. Called again at the end of May. Again they assured me they had the parts and it would take 2 hours.
