The service department was absolutely phenomenal! I had gotten a bit confused about scheduling my maintenance service online and then showed up to the dealership for what I thought was my appointment time (I was wrong) BUT they squeezed me in anyway and had my car in and out, fully serviced within 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the dedication to customer service.

Utilized free pick up and delivery for a scheduled service, and I couldn’t be happier. Ford of Dalton was very good at communicating throughout the process. I knew when they were arriving to pick up the truck, when the service was complete, and when they were returning my truck Saves tons of time verses sitting around the repair shop Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dalton Ford for new car or used car or service the quick Lane service without an appointment coming in they got me in there and out of there the quick Lane is outstanding and the way it provides service to their customers.

Had a great experience with the staff and their willingness to help us find the perfect car! They worked with us, and helped us make our car purchase! I highly recommend Ford of Dalton for any of your car needs! It took a little longer due to complications on our end getting stuff emailed in but they waited and didn’t get bothered one bit!
