If you need to purchase a new or used car, go to Ford of Dalton and ask for Lucas Cole for your salesman. He did a fantastic job to ensure I was pleased with the car I got.

Took my Ford Explorer in when it wouldn’t hold coolant. Was told my timing belt had broke and it broke my water pump. They wanted $2400 to fix it. My car doesn’t have a timing belt it has a chain. After having it towed somewhere else I find out that the chain is fine and it just needs a new water pump. Called and spoke with someone who said they would check into what happened and call me back. Never got a call back. Poor customer service. At least know what you are talking about when you try to get money out of someone.

RecommendedJessica was AWESOME! My family was making a trip home from Florida in our motorhome when our brake caliper ceased up and we had some issues with our tires! We called and she was able to find a technician to replace the brake caliper and get the part in within a hour! We are SO thankful for Dalton Ford and everyone who works there! Highly recommend, wonderful people and good prices!
