RecommendedBought my F250 new there and just took it in for my first oil change. Quick lane was just that. I was in and out in approximately an hour. 5 stars
What I experienced when I took my truck in for service was validation of what I have come to expect at Ford of Dalton. I dealt with well trained personnel who appeared to be anxious to solve any problems I had with the truck as well as make recommendations to prevent any new problems. Good service, in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Don’t know that I could ask for or expect a better experience than I had on this visit to Ford of Dalton
Thought I had a stripped seat bolt causing my truck seat to wobble, but it turned out the hole had to be redrilled and rethreaded. Would have been the perfect opportunity to overcharge me, but Ford of Dalton didn’t do that. They charged a fair price, and I appreciated that.
This makes the second vehicle we have bought from Ford of Dalton. If we need another vehicle we will go back to them and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Gentleman from tires and oil came to our aid regarding my key. My key was turned on we where unaware of this and how to fix. He came right out in spite of being very busy and reset it for us so we could continue our trip. Very pleasant and helpful. We Thank You very much
