we had our hardwood floors refinished and they did an amazing job. Great customer service from everyone. We will definitely use them in the future for our other properties.

They quoted me a great price from the start, unfortunately my floors were in worse shape than I thought. But they quickly came up with a solution, the dark stain completely covered the pet stains left by the previous owner. They finished up the floors in a timely manner and were very polite, and super clear about where my expectations should be because of the condition of my floors. They replaced my stairs with hardwood and a landing upstairs. They did a great job building it into the existing hardwood railing and matching the look and feel of the home.
Customer service was great. They did miss a closet so we had to order additional flooring. Installers were okay -- they did a nice job but lacked professionalism.

I had purchased laminate and tile and needed existing flooring removed and the new materials installed. Footprints did the job on schedule, on budget, with minimal disruption. The crew was friendly and kept the work area neat. The finished product was exactly what we'd envisioned.
They showed up to do the work when they could fit me in, not as scheduled. Pretty pathetic customer service.
