Great experience, great work, great price, great customer service... these guys are the best. Already handed their number out to a bunch of friends and family and I would use them again in a heart beat.
The Sales experience was very positive. The rep showed up when he said and provided a quote on the spot. They gave me a firm date for the hardwood floor refinishing with the understanding that they might have an opening a few days earlier. And they did. The team showed up pretty much on time and did a good job. The hardwoods look as beautiful as 30 year old abused floors can. The job was supposed to take four days and it turned into four weeks, first due to workers not showing up (very late or not at all) several times, then shoddy work done the first time, so it had to be redone. The end result, a month later, is good, and I am happy that they were willing to solve the many problems, but I would not refer them.
The floors were done quickly and looked great, the only problem I had is the amount of dust left behind. It took me at least 3 hours to wipe it down an clean it off.
Juan and his helpers were professional and friendly and hard working. They moved my furniture out and back in with care. The new hardwood in the living room and dining room was seamlessly interlaced with the existing hardwood. I love my new hardwood floors.
Footprints took off layer upon layer from my kitchen floor to get back to the original hardwood flooring. While we were at it, they refinished the entire mail level to its original 1920's glory. There were a few places that needed to be rebuilt as well. It looks amazing. The team was attentive, professional and did a great job. I can recommend them highly.
these guys did a fantastic job refinishing our floors and installing new baseboards - very impressed with the results! Fair pricing, great service and quality and great company that is very on top of it. Would definitely use them again!
From start to finish they were very kind and professional. They explained everything the cost was very reasonable. Gordon did the work. He was very professional, prompt and courteous. He cleaned up every time he finished. The job looks exceptional. He even went a step further and added a very nice touch to the bathroom wall tile. We will hire them again and ask for Gordon.
