They did not quite meet the expectations that we had agreed on and for the price, I was hoping that would have happened.
Jordan was a great salesman. Very pleasant, professional and even communicated on the weekends. Their installers were excellent and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Footprints floors.
This project was postponed last minute 3 times. I had 3 representatives which were inconsistent with their messages. What I should have asked is if Foorprints did their own work. They don't They sub out their workers per hour and do not uses their own employees to do the work. The end result is ok but it took too long with inconsistencies that made the project bumpy. If you use them ask lots of questions about when and who
The project included demo and installation of tile on a bathroom floor, three walls around a tub, around a window, and installation of a toilet. My crew of Jose, Jeanett, and Rudy were very professional. They showed up on their scheduled date and completed the project on time. They performed high quality work at a reasonable price. I will definitely request them for my next project.
Jordan, the salesman selected a crew that was amazing. They were on time each day, courteous, completed the work a day early and their skill level is amazing! Highly recommend this team.
Everyone from their PM to their installers were extremely helpful and accommodating. The wood floors they installed in my condo are beautiful!
Easy to work with and good follow up on job complection
They made the floor look great especially around the fire place. Was able to g=rid of the creaking noise in the floor were other could not.
