I called to make an appointment md i just tell the person who picked up my call to hold a second by the time i take my insurance card in my wallet and she hang up on me without saying anything nd when i call back she never pick up the phone….
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yi! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Yi took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my feet. He explained my condition in detail and provided a clear treatment plan. The office is clean and well-organized, which made my first visit pleasant. Thanks to Dr. Yi . I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a podiatrist!
This place is fantastic. I don’t understand how people let the receptionist undermine the quality of care Dr. Yi provides. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and caring. He took the time to listen to my issues and was able to pinpoint the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Yi.
Do not go here the front desk receptionist who answers calls is very rude.
i’m only leaving a one star because of how rude the front desk lady was. i have a really bad bruising on my foot and had made an appointment to come in. i didn’t get to see the doctor however had to cancel my appointment due to her attitude. i couldnt find the entrance to the building but instead of helping me with the directions, she proceeded to yell.. which is the first for me too. please teach your workers etiquette.
