I would STRONGLY recommend you find a more reputable, professional, experienced and caring realtor in the triangle. Not clearly understanding the real estate process, we signed Kalyn Scott/Ringwold on as our buying realtor AFTER we already signed a contract for a new construction, due to her advising we needed a realtor.
