Found out just a few days ago that our cat had an obstruction preventing him from peeing. Went to the emergency in Sacramento, wanted to charge us $2,600. We ended up getting him cleaned up temporarily to make it until we got him to the vet today. Thankfully we did, we now have our regular vet hospital and paid 1/4 of what we would have for emergency services. They definitely provide good care for the animals, and have a ton of information to provide if needed, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Love this plac... read more

Best vets in town. We are always treated like family and the doctor's are always right on the money and they keep my budget in mind as well.

I recently brought my Aussie to Folsom Vet Hospital. We found out she was really sick. Dr Van Tine was great at giving us all the options we had.

When your dog is in trouble--you need people who know what they are talking about and respond!! That is Dr. Jodi Van Tine. She talked me through everything, she cares, she walked through a treatment plan, she kept in contact with me, she was on top of it. I live in San Jose--- I will drive the 2 hours to see her because I get service. It started from the first call and never has stopped. Look no further than Folsom Vet Hospital.

I've been coming to this vet with my cats for years and when recently adopting my new puppy this would be no exception. The doctors and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Folsom Vet does not try to sell me things that I don't need so I'll be a client for life. My puppy loved the hospital cat, Alfie, they were instant friends!

I've been bringing my dogs and cats to FVH since 1985 and I love them! I've worked with all of the vets over the years and each one is a VERY caring and compassionate vet who has your pet's wellbeing in mind. I realize that the prices for vet services can be costly depending on the issue at that moment but I always know that the vets aren't trying to rack up unneeded tests for my pets.

On a Saturday afternoon one of my 4 animals was crying out in pain. I called this clinic and even though they had a full schedule they fit me in. It was determined that a Fox tail in the Ear was the reason for the pain. They did what was needed to help my Dog . The staff and Vets are wonderful here and having a Holistic Vet( Dr. Van Tine ) on staff is a plus. She is treating my Yorkie with good results and really cares -unlike some negative posts. This clinic offers discount shots on Wednesday and their fees are reasonable.
