Bought my 2013 Scion Frs from Folsom Lake Toyota about a week ago. Ed was the guy that helped me, great guy, great customer service.

Toyota is great place to buy a car! The sales rep, financial, and service was great. Ed (sales rep) was knowledgable about the Hilander we wanted. He listened to what we wanted and was not pushy at all! This is the third time we bought a car here and would come back! We recommend this place if you are looking to buy a car!!

Went to pick up car after being told it was ready. After waiting 5 minutes I asked for help, and I was told it was probably getting a car wash because the keys were gone. I waited patiently until I realized it had been over 20 minutes even though I said I didn't need a car wash. I was ignored by a service tech who gladly helped the lady I was waiting with. Bought a "CPO" Tacoma from here. I brought it to another Toyota dealership for service, and they tell me the suspension isn't covered under the CPO program b/c it has aftermarket parts and shouldn't have been sold as CPO. Why did I paying CPO price for a non-CPO truck?

I would like to thank Folsom lake Toyota. I had went there to buy a 2011 limited Ed highlander. But there was a smily face sticker on it. The finance people told me they could not lower the price of the car any lower. I told them I would buy it for $2000 less than the price they put it on. Unfortunately they could not lower it at all, not even $500. I went home that day without the car. Worst experience ever! Wasted an entire day here and left without the truck which we drove 235 miles to purchase! If you like playing the "car salesperson game" go here-if you truly want to buy a vehicle - RUN, don't walk from Folsom Lake Toyota!
