I have found Folsom Lake Toyota to be outstanding, fast and efficient when it comes to servicing my car. Never had a problem, never a concern. I give it 4/5 stars because I don't give anything 5/5 stars. Ever.

Bought my Prius at Folsom Lake Toyota in October 2012 and have been servicing my car there ever since. The purchase experience was easy and low pressure, the service departement people (Ryan especially) have always been knowledgeable, friendly and honest. From a close friend, "If you own a toyota, whatever you do, do not take it to Folsom lake toyota to have it worked on. [My friend] took her car in specifically to have her motor mounts looked at and replaced under warranty because of some really annoying vibrating coming from behind the dash. Well then they charged $200 to seafoam the car saying it would fix it which it didn't so we took it to a third party shop who found out it was the motor mounts... imagine that... anyways toyota said they would refund her if we brought t... read more

I've been a long time customer at Folsom Lake Toyota & have had great service. Recently I had a problem with a repair. They corrected the mistake very quickly. They have always been promt, which I love, & kept me up Tom date in all service. They also never try Tom oversell you service but instead list all options.

I had an email To SAVE for an oil change $14.95 4cyl and wanted to see how much my vehicle would cost since it's a V6 Tacoma and it came out to $29.95 and made an appt. At the end it was $36 and some change. Only $7 no big deal, but I only got 2 free complimentary oil changes and missed 2 free ones - I had went to EG dealership and paid since it was closer. I bought the car last week by a lot of pressure from sale and finally when I get the car they not do detail cleaning for me and said I need to bring the car back tomorrow (i''m so upset) anyway in the morning I go back to dealer shop let's they do the details and the gentlemen come to me and said his worker scratch my mirror with the knife by accident..he said he will appointment the service and change it (I don't want my new car have the mark or change anything) and now nobody contact me even my sale who get the commission.... read more

Never believe what these crooks say they will do. They do not keep their word. My husband and I were repeatedly told by several staff there that they would replace the tires on our newly purchased truck. Now because we believed they would honor what they promised we are paying for new tires on top of a truck payment. I will never go here again and will warn anyone I know not to do business with these crooks

I loved Toyota. I got my two cars here now for zero down zero interest. They have a good service and nice crew.. Good Food and coffee too.
