Went in with a car in mind. Went for a test drive. We talked financing, and in the end it was a great experience. Was not a head ache.

Amazing!! So I write a well deserved negative review and the manager, Jay Bridgeman, responds on both Yelp and Facebook saying he's going to "make things right" Apparently this was only to try to spin the situation and put himself and Folsom Lake Toyota in a positive light. I did contact him as he asked and 1) he denied ever responding (even tho its in writing on both social networks) and 2) he is doing NOTHING to "make it right"

I just got off the phone with Vanessa Hererra. She explained to me that pretty much once they take our money after 30 days they do not care about you. I had several issues with this dealership literally to many to count and if you are thinking about purchasing a car from here you will see exactly what I am talking about. Trent one of their sales managers thought he hung up the phone,and he said this is bullshit before he had actually hung up the phone. Worst dealership award goes to Folsom Lake Toyota!!
