Been a client for almost 5 years at their service center, car was damaged this past weekend and they denied any wrong doing. I am very disappointed on how they have responded so far, this includes in-person and on the phone. I have talked to the assistant managers, and the service manager and I was told they would assess the damage and my insurance can pay for it. Bought a 2010 Audi Q5 last December. Have not been able to drive it much since, just about 500 miles. Yesterday, parked it in the driveway during the rain as I needed the garage. Water poured in from the back of the dash on the front passenger side. I called their service department earlier today as I thought they might take care of it. I spoke to one of their female service advisors and was really surprised by her response to me. "You left it out on the rain, it's all on you". OMG service is unsurpassed Huge waiting room, free refreshments 2 TVs, one showing world cup soccer game the other a news channel and then you are offed cookies!!!! All this while I am waiting for my car to be serviced I LOVE FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA

We purchased our 2014 Tacoma TRD from David. He wasn't pushy, really nice guy and was honest with us the entire time. He stuck with us for 2 days till we got what we wanted. I had a really bad experience at Roseville Toyota but Folsom lake Toyota has great customer service and I will send my friends to see David when they are ready to buy!
