VERY BAD SERVICE - lies to make money i took my toyota corolla for a safety inspection/ service and was told it had major problems with oil leaking and ruining the engine..and if i dont fix it fast, it would ruin the car and worse still the vehicle will stall midway..and they gave me a 1000 $ bill along with other must do things list. I give my for regular service and drive about 1000 miles per year !!..
Don't do a trade in or buy a car from them. I took in my truck for a trade in and they gave me a low quote site unseen and told me my payments on the new car would be so much, but didn't state how many years. (I thought 4 they did 5)The finance man was nice but he charged double for all of the accessories, tinted windows, paint treatment ect.(window tinting over 500 but if you go to the shop it's less than 200) I am upside down in payments on the new car and was overcharge on everything.. Poor service Took my toyota corolla for servicing, and soon after the bolt holding the fan belt assembly sheared off. likely that the bolt was over-tightened!! had to pay hundreds of $$$ to get it repaired!! Would not recommend for servicing....Buying Cars there is excellent though!! The sales team is excellent!
Don't go there for service Buying car from them was a easiest thing, but I DO NOT recommend their service department. They almost ruined my new car. I took my car to first oil change (at 5000 miles). As soon as I got home, my car started acting very strange and engine check ramp lit up. I have no idea what they did. I took my car back and they gave me some excuses and fixed the problem (not sure if it was completely fixed....) but my husband had to argue with a service manager to give me a prompt service.
