Exceptional job My wife and I would personally like to that Samuel Dumitrascuta and the staff at Folsom Lake Toyota for doing an exceptional job. Whenever I stepped onto a lot I always felt pushed around and almost strong-armed by the sales people. Before we came to Folsom we went to roseville one Sunday on the way home from church. We went and looked at a Camry and took it for a test drive and the guy would not let me leave. The customer service is excellent at FLT The customer service is excellent at FLT. The service advisor was really great... checking records from an out of state dealership where I had gone for service. The time it took for the service was just what he had estimated and he called me and sent the shuttle promptly. The shuttle was also very convenient... the driver courteous and had a very short wait time.Thank You!

Great guys I brought my 2006 corolla in for a smog ck...was quickly done...also identified a nail in tire which could not b patched...as I had asked them to ck & air tires.i also brought my 1998 Camry in for belt...tensioner...also asked to identify where oil leaks were coming from...Kurt called advised me...suggested replace since belt was off...I agreed to save money & labor in future...overall they did a great job. Wonderful! I know this sounds petty... but it would be so nice if you could vacuum the car when then wash it. Again... it would just be a nice addition to the wonderful... wonderful service you provide!! I live in an apartment and have to take the car to a car wash to get the inside vacuumed. You are truly WONDERFUL!
An all around great dealership I had the pleasure of being helped by Jay Bridgeman, always down to earth & listens well. He saves me time & money. Gets me out sooner than promised & I will always ask for him. I do not go to any other place to have our Toyotas maintained & serviced since I have felt comfortable & trust in FLT. The service price is competitive but what puts them above the rest is their service. The place is always clean & well lighted. Personnel are dressed appropriately & well mannered.
