Happy My service adviser was Kyle Danielson. He scheduled my car immediately... his work was exemplary... he was friendly... and very knowledgeable. With his help... I was able to save a significant amount by repairing... rather than replacing the part I needed. It was an eco-friendly effort - no broken part to go to a landfill... and no carbon footprint required to ship the new part to Folsom. Just good mechanical experience and workmanship. I`m so happy I brought my car back to Folsom Lake Toyota.
Love the dealership and service It is difficult to improve your service when you give a free car wash to the vehicle being serviced. And have a comfortable seating area with someone serving warm cookies. And another refreshment area with beverage and morning snacks. I actually look forward to having my car serviced at your dealership and recommend it to my friends. Thanks
Pleased My car was fixed in the time it was suppose to be done. I wanted my driver side visor fixed. Randy said that it would have to be replaced and they had one in stock. I was very pleased to be able to have it fixed the same day. I thought that they might have to order it.
Red Carpet service! All personnel where helpful and extremely friendly and attentive. I felt as if the whole dealership was there rolling out the red carpet and working to help me/make my first new car purchase enjoyable.

Prius for the best deal in Sacramento :) I bought a previously owned Prius from this dealership and I found it to be a very smooth procedure. Great Staff I liked the cordial attention by the staff, and absence of the stress that salesperson have inflicted on me in past experiences. This dealer has very friendly and knowledgeable staff that made the sale process enjoyable, and we drove away with an awesome vehicle.
