Rita was very pleasant and responsive to any issues I had. Honestly never had any issues during my year lease. Would rent from again.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Rita will never return phone calls and lies saying she will. Also, not to mention they refused to fix our flooded basement. Now the property owner is going to have serious damages to replace. DO NOT recommend. Stay away from these people. They are only out for themselves not you!
Terrible you would put not only my disabled father and myself in danger listing properties you know people need all wheel drive or 4 by 4. After this happened to over 20 people. I've been renting through Foley now for a year and just renewed my lease. It has been an amazing experience, and I hope to continue renting through them for many years in the future! We've bought a house, sold a house, and rented out a house - all through Foley Realty!! We first bought a house that was being built and with Dennis Foley running the show, all went well. Then, since we weren't ready to move in, Rita Foley helped us rent the new house. We rented to the perfect couple who met our needs for care and maintenance of a new home as well as the length of the rental. Rita followed up with this rental monthly throughout the year. I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Foley Realty. Working with David to sell my house was an excellent experience. I never had to ask to many questions because he gave me all the information I needed. He was very prompt in his responses when I did call or text. He went over and beyond what anyone else would have done. He was the absolute best. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Dennis found our home within 2 days of our signing on with Foley Realty. This house has been terrific for my wife and me. Great neighborhood, great neighbors, great view, and a very good price. Since 1981 we've engaged many real estate agents here and in Ohio. Working with Dennis has been the tops for us.
