Horrible experience , worst customer service I've experienced , you could tell she got upset or frustrated when I wanted to make any changes ? I didn't quite understand that, since I did pay her for her service. Took a whole week to correct any spelling errors. which I would think her knowing English she could correct them or at least catch the errors before sending me the proof.
