Rude customer service.
I used to have nothing but good things to say about Foer's. But then they sold their compounding pharmacy to Safeway overnight and didn't tell their customers, leaving folks like me to scramble for a replacement. Complete lack of professionalism and ethical decency.
Good, caring, compassionate people. This is very sad to hear they closed.
By far the best customer service I get from any pharmacy. Much better than either Walgreens or CVS.
Absolutely love this pharmacy, very kind and courteous I always usually deal with Kathleen from the Rockville office. They have been very quick and attentive with my medications even calling me if I don't call them. I am from George Washington University in Washington DC and can rely on them completely to have my medications and have them delivered on time. So thank you very much and I will miss you since I am moving away but I will always recommend this pharmacy in Maryland!
