Tried calling the place twice and they hung up on me on purpose.
Carla was able to quickly produce a beautiful arrangement for my recently deceased mother’s grave monument. Her craftsmanship, attention to detail and great demeanor harken back to the old time service and value one expects from a long time Birmingham business. The new owners of Lackey Floral have a jewel on their hands who knows how to treat customers right.
I had the best experience with this company. Please ask for Carla! She does the best arrangements for your needs. All you have to do is let her know the colors and what you are looking on doing. You will be very impressed with the work she does.

NEVER EXPECT LACKEY FLORAL TO DELIVER ON ITS COMMITMENTS WHEN YOU PAY UP FRONT. When we ordered a funeral spray for a very close relative, we were told, and the staff admits that they said they would place Dendrobium Orchids all around the perimeter of the spray. We also agreed to upgrade 2 notches to the highest price for this spray to insure that it would be full of the supporting flowers.
