I tried calling 10 times throughout the day and only ever got voicemail.
I went to this facility because while on vacation 150 miles from home I thought I broke a toe or foot . I was in extreme pain. Dr. Michaels made some derogatory remarks while doing the Xrays but I was more concerned about my foot. He said nothing was broke, but my whole foot was full of arthritis. He left the room and I looked at the xray and commented to the PA that I could see black line (break?) on my toe. She agreed and told me to absolutely follow up with my orthopedic. Dr Scott Michaels and his staff are very professional, sincere, ethical and caring. I am the son of a medical doctor that practiced in the Caribbean and has passed . So my exposure to medical professionals has been great and I understand their process of taking care of patients. I have been Dr Michaels’ patient for a bit over two years. I have been a patient of Dr Scott Michaels for about 16 years. Went in the other day with a small complaint, thanks to his ability to be one of the finest doctors and and he listens to his patience . He listen and trusted me . He listened and went over some pain along with examination that I was complaining of and soon after that recommended me to my ENT specialist.
