They don't know anything about balloons, bought 5 latex and 1 mylarThursday. They were in the house over nite, woke up Friday morning they were half flat. Call about it, was told bring the mylar in they would fill it again. I said did you use Hi-Float? He said what is that? He said latex won't stay up. He is right that is what Hi-Fooat is for, coats inside of balloon to help keep the Hellium in the balloon longer.They need too check in to selling balloons so they will last more than overnite.

Thanks for your review. we Also said we would replace them for you but you said no. As a business aspect we do not sell enough to buy the expensive Hi-Float stuff you are talking about. We are a traditional floral shop not a balloon store. You have been the first to complain and we tried to make it right but you refused. Again thank you for your review but we did try to make it right.
My husband sent me a bouquet of roses recently for our anniversary, and they were not quite what the picture online indicated. He was a little disappointed with the purchase and mentioned it in a customer service feedback email he received later. I wish I could attach a picture of the bouquet they charged my fiancé $57 for. The same one costs about $12 at Kroger. Shame on you.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with this order but this came through our wire service and we did not have 57.00 to work with. Please complain to fromyouflowers.com we were given less than 50.00 to work with and that was to include the delivery charge. Next time he needs to call us direct. We have only some much to work with when it comes through our wire service. Again I'm sorry about that but our hands were tied.
Quite simple, Hands down the best in Kokomo, Indiana.
