WITH OUT FLOWER FOR WEDDING 7/15/10 Went to pick up bride bouquet it look nothing like what I ask for and and the wrong flowers. Did give refund with no problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR GO SOME WHERE ELSE. VERY UGLY BOUQUET!
Shameful Funeral Arrangement I paid $100.00 for a spray that was Small and it contained no roses or carnations. It humiliated my whole family. It was the worst looking arrangement there. They thought since I was from out of town, I wouldn't be there to see what they had done. When I complained after the viewing, they became rude and said they would pick up the flowers before the service and refund my money. They did pick up the flowers, but gave no refund.
Happiest I have been with a local florist! I ordered a sympathy arrangement via their website the day before the services. I was very pleased when I arrived at the visitation and saw the arrangement they created. It was beautiful and well worth the expense. They will be the first florist I turn to for future needs.
Paual G It is always a risk when ordering flowers long distance. I took a chance on Flowers by Ivan & Rick and was more than please. I provided a price point and let them do their majic. The flowers were perfect and delivered in a timely manner. I would not think about changing to another florist for my needs in the Kokomo area. Thanks for your good work.
Flowers by Ivan and Rick What a shame to write something so far from the truth. It is almost slander in my point of view. I have NEVER had a problem with this florist and use them all of the time, I have sinced moved out of state and continue to use them. For the person dissatisfed- I have pictures of a funeral spray and other arrangements made by this florist that I would be happy to show you. Horrible horrible experience!!!!! These people are totally incompetent, have no idea about customer service and are so totally rude......THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!!! ... and I BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER from out of town. Ordered flowers, worst arrangement ever was made, they neighter acknowledged their mistake, or apologised or offered to make the situation right. Instead they attempted to intimidate me!! Never again will I go there and I will definitely put the word out that they are useless!!!
We were very pleased!! The Galloway Family ordered flowers for our daughters funeral and they did a wonderful job. The flowers were beautiful!! All of the family ordered their flowers from there and were very pleased. We would definitely use them again. Bob & Brenda
Beautiful Rick and Ivan's have the pretties arrangments I have ever seen. They are so talented and make arrangments that really brighten spirits and days. I would love to get flowers from there any time!
responding to shameful review I am here to say to the guy who wrote the shameful funeral arrangment,that you are wrong.We tired our hardest to please you and you did not want anything to do with it.We did give your money back ,Rufunded on 2-21-07.We also picked up the flowers on the same day.
