the funeral flowers we ordered were delivered AFTER the funeral was well underway. and since these were the casket spray and grandmother spray. That was entirely unacceptable. no one should have that kind of stress when arriving to the funeral to bury their mother.
RecommendedI was in need of something nice and small between $15-$20. I called a couple places in Kokomo and no one would help me out! I called Flowers by Ivan and Rick and they were so kind and immediately told what they had and could do in my price range! I love how small businesses will do why they can to get you what you need ❤️ I will definitely continue to o use Flowers by Ivan and Rick! Thank you guys

I ordered some roses for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. They received so many orders for V-Day that they unfortunately couldn’t deliver my order on time. The next day they were delivered early in the morning and they even added more to my order as an apology! Instead of a dozen roses, she got 2 dozen with a bear, balloon, and chocolates!!

I placed the order for funeral flowers on the Flowers by Rick and Ivan website on November 17 for a funeral on November 20. According to the Flower shop network someone named (Mary) acknowledged the order on Monday November 19 at 09:21 am. The Flowers were not delivered and when I called Flowers by Rick and Ivan they claimed this wasn't enough time to fulfill the order. I had been searching for a wedding bouquet and the lady there was extremely helpful and gave me some free baby's breath to try and make my own. Was so much better than other flower shops in town and will definitely be ordering more from her.
Mary...I phoned from Florida for a Tropical arrangement to be delivered in Kokomo...they couldn't have been more kind & professional...I have complete trust & appreciation for them...They have heart...Thank u Ivan & Rick's flowers...u were there when I needed u most...linda

This was delivered & funeral home didn’t take it in to funeral. I called them personally to see what happened bc we did deliver it. Mary new we had to order it and wouldn’t get it until around 11 or so & she agreed. There were way more than 3-4 flowers…See More
