Uses FAKE flowers!!!! I live out of state and called to buy an arrangement for my elderly grandmother because I thought using a local florist would be better than something over the internet. I explained these flowers were for my very elderly grandmother and I just wanted a beautiful arrangement and gave them a very large budget. When the man asked for her phone number for delivery I said they cannot call her because she is in poor health but one of her caretakers would answer the door.
